Position:

WCCTV is looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for performing lead generation and business development activities with new and existing customers in support of the Company’s sales and revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the internal Field Sales Teams to grow revenue in an assigned territory. Assists in building and executing a plan to grow the territory's business, both in terms of new customer acquisition and growing existing customer relationships.
• Researches/sources potential customers using multiple resources including internet, marketing mail campaigns, in-house databases, customer referrals and external lead generation databases.
• Generates a minimum of 80+ outbound calls per day with potential customers to establish needs, determine decisionmaker(s) and present how WCCTV’s products and services can meet the customers’ security needs.
• Fills the sales pipeline for the Field Sales Team by setting 12+ qualified sales appointments/meetings per month with the appropriate contacts within the customer's organization.
• Maintains a full pipeline of potential customers and projects in order to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales activity metrics.
• Creates and tracks all sales opportunities and customer communications within the CRM system on daily basis.
• Provides feedback to internal Sales management from customers regarding competitors or WCCTV’s product offerings.
• Attends internal sales training programs in order to develop a solution sales process in order to meet assigned inside sales metrics and progress within the Sales organization.

Qualifications:

• Associated degree in Business or other discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous outbound lead generation or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling within the New Construction vertical targeting General Contractors is preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of sales principles, business development and sales and marketing strategies utilized in a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to conduct effective and professional business conversations and sales presentations over the phone, virtually or in person.
• Demonstrated ability to research and prospect sales opportunities and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams, lead generations tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated high attention to details, organizational, planning and time management skills required.
• Able to meet and exceed the achievable new customer and revenue targets and structure in place.
• Applicants should also have a naturally competitive nature, be goal oriented, have a great attitude and produce positive energy.
• Able to commit to the work hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm onsite at the Company's HQ in Richardson, TX.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to $50,000 base salary per year DOE and up to $20,000 bonus per year for OTE of $70,000.
• 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + seven (7) paid Company holidays.
