The key responsibilities include:
Installation and maintenance of video surveillance and security equipment throughout the US (70% DFW, 20% TX, 10% out of state)
To Test all products ensuring the exact specification and quality is met and completing the task within the agreed timescales.
To Support existing USA customers with their Surveillance products in line with the US-based technical support function
To maintain a stock management system, ensuring the stock is up to date and kept in an orderly condition
Prepare, test and maintain tradeshow equipment for sales and marketing team.

The key qualifications, skills and qualities for the role are:
Basic Qualifications – High school diploma
Minimum of 3 years experience with CCTV cameras, computer networking and IP addresses/networks
Good oral and written communication skills, and able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong teamwork abilities and can work as part of a team
Hard-working, dedicated and attentive in every aspect of their work
Field service experience, working remotely preferred
Willingness to travel
Valid US driving license
