Simon Potkins

Simon is the Chief Technology Officer at Wireless CCTV (WCCTV), overseeing all technical aspects of the Company.

This includes product and software development, future-proofing the Company's technological resources and establishing a clear roadmap for the Company's use and adoption of new innovations. 

Simon has worked for WCCTV for over 10 years, in which time he has been instrumental in the development of the Company's customer-focused, multi-award-winning surveillance systems and their supporting services.

Simon's commitment to developing customer-focused products has been a major contributing factor in WCCTV becoming firmly established as the market leader in the manufacture and supply of Redeployable CCTV, Body Worn Camera and Site Security technology.  

Prior to joining the Company, Simon's previous roles included Chief Technology Officer at Cellhire PLC, and Group Operations Manager for Telecom New Zealand, where he was instrumental in the roll-out of high-speed fibre telecommunications networks throughout the country. 

Simon holds a Joint Honours Degree in Physics and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and an MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School.
